Postage
Orders will usually be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of payment, by first class recorded delivery. Where this is not possible then R.E.A.C.T Solutions Ltd will notify by email or telephone call on the earliest working day.
There are no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays and it should be noted that BFPO delivery times differ greatly.
Items occasionally go out of stock before the website is updated. Should this occur then you will be informed within 1 working day if an item you have ordered is out of stock.
We currently do not provide web-based sales outside the UK.

Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase from R.E.A.C.T Solutions Ltd, send it back within 14 days and we’ll provide you with a replacement or a refund.
To help us deal with your return efficiently, please note the following information.
- In all cases you should contact R.E.A.C.T Solutions Ltd on 07943 877855 or email rs.react@gmail.com prior to making a return.
- Items should be returned together with a corresponding order confirmation email, delivery note or invoice along with brief explanation for the reason for return.
- Items should be returned with their original undamaged packaging.
- Items with damaged or no packaging will only be accepted if they are faulty.
- We recommend that goods are returned by registered post. If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us.
- Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent damage.
- Some goods are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty and you are requested to comply with the manufacturers’ directions pertaining to them.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to R.E.A.C.T Solutions Ltd.
